Return and Exchange Policy:
▪️No exchange or return for discounted items or offers.
▪️In case of a defect in the item or an error in the order, exchange or return is accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Exceptions:
▪️ Threads are an inseparable part of the abaya; cutting or pulling them is not allowed.
▪️ Misuse of the product or not following washing instructions.
▪️ If the fabric or model does not suit the customer, all details of the item such as design or fabric are mentioned in the item description and product images or inquiries.
▪️ Incorrect choice of size by the customer or modification of the item by the customer.
▪️ Exchange within 12 days of receipt.
▪️ The product must be returned with all its accessories.
▪️ Refunds to the customer are processed from 3 to 14 days after receiving the item and confirming its condition.
If the abaya size is correct and the customer wishes to exchange the item due to incorrect size choice, the following conditions apply:
1 - Within 24 hours of receiving the product, and handing it over to the exchange representative within this period.
2 - To exchange or return the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging or returning to ensure its condition. The consumer bears the shipping cost if they want to exchange the product. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated, and the product must not have any odors (perfumes, soap, or cleaning agents).
3 - Exchange fees range from 100 to 150 depending on your area.
4 - The product must be returned with all packaging accessories and in good condition.
*If the exchange or return request is accepted, it will be processed within 12 days, excluding Friday and Saturday. The customer has only one opportunity for exchange.
The store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer if the store does not wish to serve the customer due to poor conduct or the use of inappropriate language.
